La Grande Maison Younan Collection (LGMYC) was founded in 2015 by Zaya S. Younan, Chairman & CEO of Younan Company, with its first international acquisition of Château du Petit Chêne, a French National Monument. It represents a collection of four- and five-star luxury properties in key tourist destinations in Europe. These fully renovated Châteaux and Resorts under the Younan Collection name exemplify the history, luxury, and tradition of Europe.
For the past five years, Mr. Younan has been discreetly buying French Castles and transforming them into Luxury Hotels. Because of his remarkable work, commitment, and investments in promoting employment and tourism in France, Mr. Younan received the French Gold Medal for Tourism in 2019. Aside from the beautiful castles, the Younan Collection includes four golf courses strategically located in the Loire Valley region, two vineyards in the Famous Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux region, and MPA Design Agency in Paris. The company also purchased El Septimo Premium Cigars headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.

Designed by renowned architects, the golf courses of La Grande Maison Younan Collection attract both amateur and experienced golfers. Perfectly integrated into the natural setting of the Younan Collection historic estates, these courses offer state-of-the-art equipment and provide guests with a peaceful relaxation. They are all 18 – to 27 – hole courses, all have driving ranges and offering pitch and putt greens.
Exceeding a total of 500 acres to provide a long-range of courses, amateurs and experienced players alike will enjoy any of the Younan Collection golf courses. All the golf courses are well-maintained and take advantage of the terroir and are within two hours from each other making them accessible in one day, if one desired to play several courses in a single day.

To create a new standard of cigars, everything must be different. The team of rollers hand-select the finest tobacco leaves in the world and set them down to age for a minimum of five to fifteen years. This allows the oils and flavors to develop leaving behind an unusually rich and creamy smoke. Then with unique blending expertise, the leaves are rolled into cigars. El Septimo cigars are made entirely by hand and use 100% long-filler tobacco, meaning the leaves on the inside of the cigars run its entire length. The result is an easy draw that creates a great density of smoke with a pleasing, but not overpowering aroma. Wrappers are grown in high-altitude and are aged in a proprietary process that gives cigars a silky texture with a rich, deep shade. The tobacco and final product are stored in a natural environment that provides optimum temperature and humidity.
